PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic image receiving sheet with water resistance that excels in toner fixability and transferability, producing beautiful images, and that at thermal fixing, is free of blisters and avoids sticking, and that enables continuous printing. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic image receiving sheet with water resistance is obtained by bonding plastic films to both surfaces of a base sheet, at least one of the plastic films has a toner-receiving layer and the toner-receiving layer contains a resin of 0 to 80°C glass transition temperature, a low-resistance processing agent and organic polymer particulate.
