PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel in which fixing cylinders for supporting a lens holding frame so that the frame is movable in the forward or backward directions of the optical axis can be manufactured by molding a resin, without causing degrading of the positioning accuracy with respect to the lens holding frame. SOLUTION: A first groove 10141 is formed between a first flat part 10201 of an upper fixing cylinder 10200 and a first flap part 10101 of a lower fixing cylinder 10100. A first fitting part 10403 and second fitting part 10404 of a second lens group holding frame 10400 is engaged with the first groove 10141 so as to be movable forward or backward in the direction of the optical axis. A second groove 10142 is formed between a second flat part 10202 of the upper fixing cylinder 10200 and a second flat part 10102 of the lower fixing cylinder 10100. A third fitting part 10405 of the second lens group holding frame 10400 is engaged with the second groove 10142 so as to be movable forward or backward in the direction of the optical axis.
