PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immobilization carrier for fixing a biological material which can firmly fix a full-dose biological material, a biological material array manufactured by using the immobilization carrier for fixing the biological material, and a method of manufacturing a nucleic acid array using the immobilization carrier for fixing the biological material. SOLUTION: This immobilization carrier for fixing the biological material having a resin layer for fixing the biological material on its surface allows the above resin layer to retain silica particles of 16-50 mass% to the above resin layer in a scattering condition.
