PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frosted acrylic resin film not generating breakage in the mat layer even when molded into a deep-drawn shape by the insert molding or in-mold molding and excellent in scratch resistance, surface hardness, chemical resistance, heat resistance, mat properties and the resistance to yellowing by heat. SOLUTION: The matted acrylic resin film has an acrylic resin film substrate and a frosted layer containing a delustering material and a binder resin. The yellowness (YI'(200°C)) of the frosted acrylic resin film after the surface temperature of the frosted layer side is heated until it has a temperature of 200°C and the yellowness (YI) of the same film before the heating satisfy the expression (i): YI'(200°C)-YI≤1.3.
