Pedal structure (1) has a frame with central aperture which is surrounded by edge whereby several fixing holes are provided. An inserted part with a projecting part, whose shape and size fit to the central opening in the frame whereby whereas the projecting part is provided with embossment (11) and this embossment is provided with surrounding embossments. A ground plate is provided in the inserted part which defines cavity. The frame is fastened to the ground plate and which encloses both the inserted part so that it shows a module which is fixed on the retaining structure and with which the inlaid part can be exchanged if necessary.
