A constant current is generated while a system (2) of constant current (SOCC) and a source (1) of alternating current interlink electrically. A fan-driving unit (FDU) (3) links to the SOCC so that the FDU sets a fan (4) in operation if the SOCC is operating. This achieves a desired cooling effect. The FDU has a connecting circuit and a control circuit.
