The plant has individual pontoons (1) with polystyrene bodies (3) that are surrounded by a steel-reinforced concrete body, and including anchoring constructions in form of dolphins and/or killicks. Small concrete chambers (2) are arranged in all four inner corners of the concrete body, where opened six sides of the concrete body are arranged at the top. The individual pontoons are connected with each other by connecting units and form extensive and variable foundations for swimming constructions based on the individual pontoons.
