Fan heater has housing, fan wheel and its hub, electric motor with shaft and stator, heating element with electric heater conductor, system for automatic disconnection of electric heating conductor. Fan wheel is arranged as dielectric plate lined at two sides with foil made of electro-conductive material and mounted on hub with provision of angular displacement between the axis of rotation of the hub and normal to foiled surfaces of plate. On the foil, at each side of the plate, through groove is arranged, as Archimedean spiral, with formation of electric heater conductor made of foil. The stator is mounted in the housing as rotary movable with provision of possibility of interaction with the switch of the system of automatic disconnection of electric heating conductor.
