<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve channel estimation precision without an interference from DPCH. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission method, for spreading a transmission signal sequence over a plurality of subcarriers in a frequency direction and transmitting the subcarriers, is provided. The method comprises the steps of spreading the transmission signal sequence constituting a common pilot channel and separate channels over a two-dimensional (time and frequency) region using respective channelization codes, masking the spread signal with a scramble code for discrimination of stations, and transmitting the masked transmission signal sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
