<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house evaluation calculation processor for performing efficient evaluation calculation processing by minimizing a score item input operation to be repeated for each section of every house and a correction input operation to be repeated for every correction item of every score of each section of each house. <P>SOLUTION: The scores of each section of a house are read from a score correction pattern file, and the additional section is extracted from floor plan data for each section, and quantity necessary for evaluate calculation is calculated, and the additional shape data and the scores and quantity are stored so as to be associated in a drawing data file, and when score calculation is performed from the analytic result of the drawing, the score correction of each section of a house is read from the score correction pattern file again, and the pertinent section is extracted out of the calculation data, and each correction is applied to perform score calculation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
