<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tandem type image forming apparatus, where the soiling of a secondary transfer means 10 by toner discharged to an intermediate transfer body from cleaner-less system image forming parts PY/PM/PC is prevented without providing a special mechanism such as a secondary transfer means separation mechanism, and the turn-up and the chatter of a cleaning blade caused by the insufficiency of toner for lubrication in the image forming part PBk having the cleaning blade 109b as a cleaning device 109 is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The toner discharged from electrification auxiliary means 7/6 in the cleaner-less system image forming parts PY/PM/PC is transferred to the intermediate transfer body 91, and the discharged toner on the intermediate transfer body is collected onto an image carrier 1 in the image forming part PBk equipped with the cleaning device 109. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
