<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid leak detection structure which detects liquid leak and carries out absorption treatment of the liquid leaked when liquid leaks out from a device handling the liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid leak detection structure is equipped with a case 6 having a bottom wall 6b, a circulation device 11 in which the liquid housed in the case 6 circulates, a leak sensor 13 which is interposed between the bottom wall 6b and the circulation device 11, and a liquid absorption member 12 which is interposed between the liquid leak sensor 13 and the circulation device 11 and lets pass a part of the liquid from the circulation device 11 toward the liquid leak sensor 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
