<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level sensor capable of detecting accurately a liquid level at a fine interval. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid level sensor is provided with: a driving electrode 10 in the central part of a measuring part 1 formed slenderly; a reference electrode 11 in an end part to be opposed to the driving electrode 10; and a plurality of measuring electrodes 12, 12 to be opposed to the driving electrode 10, along a longitudinal direction. The measuring part 1 is provided with a plurality of wiring patterns 13, 13 for reading out a signal from the measuring electrode 12, and the wiring patterns 13 are connected respectively with the plurality of measuring electrodes 12, 12, and are arranged to make longitudinal-directional positions of the measuring electrodes 12 different from each other between the connected wiring patterns 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
