摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a characteristic measuring method capable of executing effective design, evaluation, or control of performance by measuring electric characteristics in detail, and to provide a characteristic measuring device. <P>SOLUTION: A cathode electrode is divided into a cathode main electrode 2A and a cathode divided electrode 2B, and they are electrically separated. An anode electrode is divided into an anode main electrode 3A and an anode divided electrode 3B, and they are electrically separated. An electronic load 5 is connected to between the cathode main electrode 2A and the anode main electrode 3A, a prescribed load on which an AC component having a prescribed frequency is superimposed by controlling the electronic load 5 is applied across the cathode main electrode 2A and the anode main electrode 3A and impedance is measured. Response characteristics of voltage V2 and voltage V3 are obtained in all planned measuring conditions, fitting of parameters to an equipment circuit model of the fuel cell is conducted to make the relation between the overvoltage of the fuel cell and each element clear. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
