PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate formation of swelled parts, where excess material protrudes radially outward from bend folding portions of caulked parts, and deformation of ribs formed at ends of the caulked parts. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a liquid-sealed vibration control member 10 comprises a rubber member molding step of molding a rubber member 23 as a vibration isolating base 35 with an inner cylindrical member 12 and an intermediate cylinder 25 disposed in a mold, an outer cylindrical member fixing step of fitting and fixing the vibration isolating base 35 into the outer cylindrical member 14 in a condition of immersing them in liquid, and a caulking step of forming the caulked parts 52 on both ends of the outer cylindrical member 14, wherein ends of a cylindrical part of the outer cylindrical member 14 have chamfered portions 55, a caulking groove of a caulking roller 45 has an end folding face 47 for pressing an end of the chamfered portion of the outer cylindrical member and folding them to an inner diameter side and side pressing face 48 for pressing the cylinder part near the chamfered portion, and a bottom 50 of the caulking groove has a non-contact portion 57 at the bend folded portion 16 of the outer cylindrical member.
