PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a foldable paddling implement comprising the noise generation in traveling caused by the unrestricted state of the second leveller in the case of folding a side working member and the difficulty in connecting the side part with the middle second leveller in an extended state. SOLUTION: A middle working member 1 and side working members 2L, 2R are foldably connected with each other and provided with a leveller connection part 3. The leveller connection part 3 comprises a connection rotary shaft 30, a first locking piece 31, a second locking piece 32, a guide plate 33, a stopper plate 34 and a spring 36. In the state to extend the side working member, the second side leveller 23 is made to be rotatable by sliding outward relative to the first side leveller 22 and connected and fixed to the second middle leveller 17, and in the state to fold the side working member, the first locking piece 31 is engaged with the second locking piece 32 to fix the second side leveller 23 and the first side leveller 22.
