PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly solve lock tendency when a wheel becomes lock tendency and to enhance stability of a vehicle. SOLUTION: Regenerative braking force is reduced before starting control by an anti-lock control means to retain it to a set value, friction braking force is increased according to the reduction degree of the regenerative braking force and the retained regenerative braking force is reduced at starting of anti-lock control.
