PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit verification device for efficiently or easily verifying a power source system. SOLUTION: This circuit verification device is provided with: a potential propagation processing part 11a for performing the propagation of a power supply voltage through a transistor by using net list data 10b extracted from layout and a different power source system signal connection detection processing part 11b; and a forward diode detection processing part 11c for verifying the potential of each node decided by the potential propagation processing part 11a based on power source group setting data 10c. When there are a plurality of power supply voltages, the power source group setting data 10c are obtained by grouping power source voltages whose power source interruption is simultaneously executed. In response to this, a forward diode detection processing part 11c detects a diode circuit whose both ends are connected to the power supply voltages belonging to the different groups. That is, it is possible to detect the failure of a forward bias to be generated due to the power source interruption of the power supply voltage at the cathode side of the diode circuit.
