PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin sheet for a total heat exchanger with high moisture permeability, and superior gas barrier performance. SOLUTION: Cellophane is used as the stationary type sheet for a total heat exchanger. The cellophane can be used in a single layer or in plural layers, but it is thinner and has higher moisture permeability in comparison with a conventional porous sheet. Since gas barrier performance is also high, supplied gas into a building interior and exhausted gas to a building exterior can be sufficiently cut off, and efficient ventilation can be carried out.
