PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card cleaning device cleaning dust adhering to the surface of a card with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The card cleaning device is used by rotating an antistatic roller having viscosity and elasticity, and disposing a basic unit driving an adhesive belt having stronger viscosity than this roller by a friction force due to viscosity horizontally and vertically with respect to the card conveying direction. A polygonal enclosed space including a part of the adhesive belt 8a in the horizontal disposition and the adhesive belt in the vertical disposition as sides is formed, the card 1a is conveyed in the enclosed space while being pinched by the rollers from ups and downs, air flow 10 is generated in the enclosed space by the movement of the adhesive belt, and the dust floating in the enclosed space is sucked on the adhesive belt in the horizontal and vertical disposition by utilizing this air flow.
