PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna system with healing effects, wherein when heating and humidifying are not performed, a user is mentally relaxed, healed and also can meditate by effects of far-infrared ray and negative ions and hormesis, and when the heating and humidifying are performed, the user can improve his/her physical condition by facilitation of bloof flow and enhancement of metabolism through effects of increased far-infrared ray and negative ions and also can take a vapor bath. SOLUTION: An inner wall A of a sauna system 1 comprises a member covered with a radiation source material 15 which emits a minute amount of radiation, far-infrared ray and negative ions. In the sauna system 1, a bench 9 on which the user can sit, a heating device 16 which maintains temperature at around 40°C in the sauna system 1, and a humidification device 17 which maintains humidity at around 60% are provided.
