PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple toilet bowl and a simple rest room, capable of reducing the labor in flushing filthy matter even if the toilet bowl is continuously used, and reducing the quantity of water necessary for the flushing. SOLUTION: The simple toilet bowl 1 has a toilet seat 3 on a toilet bowl body 2 for receiving filthy matter. The simple toilet bowl 1 also comprises an attaching/detaching part 4 for attaching/detaching the toilet bowl body 2 above a polyethylene tank 100 and a discharge part 5 connected from the toilet bowl body 2 to an outlet 101 of the polyethylene tank 100 for discharging the filthy matter in the toilet bowl body 2 to the polyethylene tank 100.
