The arrangement has at least one annular light conducting body with an axial inlet surface, an outlet surface and an enclosing total reflection surface extending from the inlet to the outlet surface so totally reflected light is incident essentially normally on the outlet surface. The light conducting body has essentially radial light conducting bridges on the inlet side that bound on each other at least in segments. The outlet surface is stepped. The total deflection surface extends from the inlet to the outlet surface so that the totally reflected light is incident essentially normally on the outlet surface.
