The training device contains the frame, the board installed at the angle in the frame with the lower rest, and the movable unit equipped with the rollers and the return handle. The movable unit is designed as the demountable cartridge and installed in the guides on the board. The lower rest unit is equipped with the turning spring-loaded axial bearings. The upper end of the board is movable in the vertical guides of the frame and connected through the cord and the pulleys with the hoist. Moreover, the upper end of the board contains the fixing device for the legs designed as two pairs of rest rollers.
