摘要 A solar cell including carbon nanotubes formed by an electrophoretic deposition method is provided to facilitate migration of electrons and control accumulation and recombination reaction of electrons by including carbon nanotubes maintaining an excellent electrical conductivity characteristic by an electrophoretic deposition method. A solar cell includes carbon nanotubes formed on a semiconductor layer. A conductive material is coated on a substrate to form a transparent electrode(201). A semiconductor layer(205) is formed on the transparent electrode, having a planar surface or an uneven structure. A carbon nanotube layer(206) is formed on the semiconductor layer. Dye(207) is absorbed to the surface of the semiconductor layer. A counter electrode(203) is disposed to face the transparent electrode. Electrolyte(202) is filled in a space between the transparent electrode and the counter electrode. The semiconductor layer and the carbon nanotube layer can be alternately repeated to form a multilayered structure.
