<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for solving a problem that digestibility of feed components (starch, fat, protein/amino acids) is poor, wherein it is a feature of cereal-based feeds and, for example, particularly those containing a high barley or wheat content. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a novel micro-organism, Penicillium funiculosum, containing a novel enzyme and mixtures having enzymatic activity which are available for successfully improving the digestibility of the cereal-based feeds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
