<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus or the like capable of inducing the exercise of a user so as to match the rhythm and scale of the exercise of the user with the target rhythm and scale respectively. <P>SOLUTION: According to the exercise inducing apparatus, a first vibrator x to be mutually drawn with an exercise vibrator in the form of reflecting an intrinsic angular velocity ω<SB>M</SB>is generated. Also, on the basis of the phase difference (first phase difference) θ<SB>HM</SB>of the exercise vibrator and the first vibrator x, a new intrinsic angular velocity ω<SB>M</SB>is set. Further, a second vibrator y<SB>i</SB>is generated on the basis of the new intrinsic angular velocity ω<SB>M</SB>.
