摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of unburned fuel discharged to an exhaust gas passage upon fuel cut in a dual injection system provided with a port injection valve and a cylinder injection valve. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel injection control device stops only port injection (port injection quantity fip=0) at first when a fuel cut execution condition is satisfied (time t1), and continues cylinder injection by setting cylinder injection quantity fic to a value subtracting "quantity of fuel (adhesion flow in fuel) flowing into a cylinder out of fuel adhesion quantity fw adhering on a intake air passage composition member" from a target air fuel ratio equivalent quantity. Cylinder injection is stopped (fic=0) when fuel adhesion quantity fw which reduces after that gets to the minimum value fwlim1 or less. Consequently, misfire during cylinder injection (time t1 to t2) can be prevented and air fuel ratio can be made consistent with target air fuel ratio. After stop of cylinder injection, the quantity of adhesion flow-in fuel discharged to the exhaust gas passage as unburned fuel due to misfire can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
