<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find an active ingredient having excellent neutral fat-accumulation inhibiting action and provide the active ingredient as a neutral fat-accumulation inhibitor, an external preparation for skin for slimming and a diet food. <P>SOLUTION: One or more kinds of extracts selected from Fuscoporia obliqua, Fistulina hepatica, Hericium coralloides, Cantharellus tubaeformis and Ganoderma lucidum are used as the neutral fat-accumulation inhibitor.
