FUEL CELL POWER GENERATION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system used for supplying power to a load while utilizing a characteristic of large voltage variation possessed by a fuel cell, and capable of keeping power generation efficiency of the fuel cell in supplying the power and of suppressing electrode deterioration.

SOLUTION: This fuel cell power generation system is characterized in that DC power generated by the fuel cell is converted to constant AC power and/or constant DC power by a power converter to supply them to an AC load or a DC load; in an electrical connection part between the fuel cell and the power converter, a capacitor is connected in parallel with the fuel cell; power based on the power provided by the fuel cell and/or the capacitor is allowed to be always supplied to the AC load and/or the DC load only in a period commensurate with the capacitance of the capacitor by responding to overload demand above the rated power output of the fuel cell.
