PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for inkjet recording capable of stably recording image having high fastness and excellent in quality appearance over a long period under any circumstances.

SOLUTION: The ink for inkjet recording comprises at least: a pigment; (a) a block copolymer composed of a hydrophobic block composed of one or more vinyl ethers and a hydrophilic block of one or more vinyl ethers and (b) a nonionic surfactant having an oxyethylene group, each used for dispersing the pigment; a water-soluble organic solvent; and water.
