<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote a manufacturing and selling of a recycled article cartridge by a reproduction contractor and utilize the recycled article cartridge which enables the economic burden on users to be decreased. <P>SOLUTION: An image formation device is equipped with a detachable cartridge containing an ink, a cartridge memory which is installed in the cartridge and memorizes an ink residual quantity, a determination section 61 for determining whether the cartridge and the contained ink are regular products manufactured for self-equipment or not, an information section 63 for informing of the result if the cartridge and the contained ink are judged to be irregular products by the determination section 61 and a control section 62 by which an output control different from the one of image data in the case of the regular products is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
