<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system capable of managing the taking-out of a document formed with an image by an image forming device installed in a prescribed area, to outside the area. <P>SOLUTION: When forming an image, a copying machine 1 sets a security level, and outputs a paper ID number written in an RFID chip embedded in the paper and the set security level; a management server 4 creates a paper ID security list by associating the security level with the paper ID number; when a user 6 takes out the document from the copying machine 1 and passes a gate device 2, the paper ID number from the RFID chip of the paper of the document possessed by the user is read and transmitted to the management server 4; the gate passing determination is made based on the paper ID number; and the gate device 2 is opened/closed based on the results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
