<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembling of a rotation transmission device in which a wet multi-disc clutch, an electromagnetic clutch part, and an axial force load part are lubricated by an oil sealed in a housing by controlling controlling the wet multi-disc clutch for engaging an outer ring with an inner ring by a clutch controller having the electromagnetic clutch part using an electromagnet as a drive source and the axial force load part generating an axial force by the engagement of the electromagnetic clutch part. <P>SOLUTION: The outer ring 3 is rotatably installed in the housing 1, and the wet multi-disc clutch 20 is assembled between the outer ring 3 and the inner ring 8 assembled to the inside thereof. The clutch controller 30 controlling the engagement and disengagement of the wet multi-disc clutch 20 is installed on the axial one side of the wet multi-disc clutch 20. An oil filler port 50 is formed on the outer peripheral one side of the housing 1.
