<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes a long time to decide a proper schedule plan under the consideration of the shape of a finished product and division shapes when the finished product is divided so as to be transported since the number of configuring parts of a plant is large. <P>SOLUTION: In this system for supporting the design of the manufacturing operation, transport operation and installation(assembly) operation of the parts of a plant, data 103 relating to the completed shape of the plant and a division capacity 104 as a predetermined limit capacity in transport are stored. This system comprises a division process(step 1) for dividing completed shape data 103 by the division capacity 104, and the man-hours or costs of each manufacturing operation of the plant are calculated from the number or shapes or weights of the divided bodies obtained by the above mentioned process, and the division shapes are re-evaluated by a plurality of varied division capacities for the standard division capacities 104, and sections where any difference is generated are extracted, and sections whose division shapes are changing are extracted, so that parts whose design change should be examined is narrowed down. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
