<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a disubstitutedβ-ketoesters, by which the disubstitutedβ-ketoesters can simply and efficiently be synthesized by a reaction in an aqueous system in which the disubstitutedβ-ketoesters can easily be isolated from by-products. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the disubstitutedβ-ketoesters represented by formula (III) (R<SB>1</SB>is an alkyl, a perhalogenoalkyl, an aryl, a heteroaryl, allyl, an aralkyl or OR<SB>2</SB>; R<SB>2</SB>, R<SB>3</SB>and R<SB>5</SB>are each independently a protecting group perfectly not dissociated or decomposed under the reaction conditions; R<SB>4</SB>is H or a lower alkyl) comprises reacting aβ-ketoester orβ-diester represented by formula (I) with a (α-lower alkyl) acrylate represented by formula (II) in a 1 to 10M alkali aqueous solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
