<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker and a touch panel that achieve reduction in size and thickness of an electronic device which requires both functions of a loudspeaker and a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A film speaker is integrated into a touch panel. In the touch panel combined with the loudspeaker, a first support substrate and a second support substrate face each other with a predetermined gap. The surface of the first support substrate facing the second support substrate is covered with a first transparent electrode, and the surface of the second support substrate facing the first support substrate is covered with a second transparent electrode. A third transparent electrode is formed between the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode. The third transparent electrode faces the first transparent electrode across a medium layer, and faces the second transparent electrode across a piezoelectric layer. The piezoelectric layer vibrates in response to the voltage between the second transparent electrode and the third transparent electrode. The medium layer is deformed elastically in response to the external pressure, and makes the first transparent electrode and the third transparent electrode contact each other.
