PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant supply device that can efficiently apply a lubricant for a long period of time over the entire surface of a photoreceptor even for an image forming apparatus using a spheric toner with a small particle size, and to provide a cleaning device, a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus showing improved cleaning property of a photoreceptor surface, preventing generation of an abnormal image, and facilitating a small-size inexpensive image forming apparatus by mounting the lubricant supply device. SOLUTION: The lubricant supply device is equipped with a solid lubricant 3b, a brush roller 3a to apply the solid lubricant 3b on an image carrier, a lubricant pressurizing member 3c, a lubricant leveling blade 9a to spread the lubricant applied on the image carrier, and a lubricant leveling blade holder 9b, wherein the hardness of the solid lubricant 3b differs between the top and back faces of the solid lubricant 3b.
