PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply update registration means in several pieces of communication equipment. SOLUTION: Each communication equipment is provided with a means for transmitting/receiving an e-mail and a registration means for registering information concerned with the e-mail and characterized by judging whether information to be registered in the registration means is included in the received e-mail or not (S2), registering the information in the registration means when the information is included (S3) and automatically transmitting the e-mail including the information to another communication apparatus (S6).
