PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device enabling correction of air fuel ratio to enable operation exactly at theoretical air fuel ratio, being added on an existing control system even if air excess ratio detection characteristics of an oxygen sensor has difference from ideal normal characteristics. SOLUTION: An air fuel ratio correction device 100 is constructed to generate corrected oxygen sensor signal changing precedent to or following timing when output voltage of the oxygen sensor changes from lean to rich or from rich to lean by adjustable predetermined time and to input corrected oxygen sensor signal to an electronic control device of an engine to perform feed back control of an air fuel ratio, or the device is constructed to make judgment comparison voltage level of the oxygen sensor output signal adjustable in relation to rich or lean judgment of oxygen sensor output signal.
