<p>The container has a carrier (10) for accommodating a food piece e.g. fish piece, where multiple carriers (11, 12) are arranged one upon the other. The carriers are laminated corresponding to the heat requirement of the food piece in such a manner that the food piece with reduced heat requirement is arranged in a region in which the carrier (10) is only partially or not at all laminated. The carriers (10-12) and/or side walls of the container are formed with multiple air passage openings (20, 21), where spacers are provided between the carriers (10-12).</p> |
