The method is implemented with a device with at least one coil (1) with a winding (3,4) consisting of at least two conducting wires permanently connected on one side to a bridge (5) whereas the other end of the wires is open at first and only closed by a switch (6) when a movable object (2) approaches, whereupon a magnetic field exists in the coil that accelerates the armature into the central point of the magnetic field. The switch contacts are then opened quickly in sequence.
