A flower greeting card that even when water is fed and even when a plant grows with development of roots, is free from any deformation or damaging of cultivation pot part, and that ensures soil stability, being uniform in the way of development of roots, and that thus despite growth of the plant, is highly stable. There is provided a flower greeting card capable of not only writing of a message on its inner surface but also cultivation of a plant, which flower greeting card comprises sheet part (11) having two door portions (11b,11c) divided by approximately central broken line (11a) and openable up and down; stretchable bellowslike cultivation pot part (12) of synthetic resin folded and accommodated between the inner surfaces of the sheet part (11); and retention belt (13) pasted to the inner surfaces of the sheet part (11) and capable of retaining the cultivation pot part (12) in folded form.
