<p>An imaging device (1) includes: an imaging element (4) having a plurality of pixels switching between linear conversion operation for linearly converting an incident light into an electric signal and a logarithmic conversion for logarithmically converting the incident light into the electric signal according to the incident light quantity; a temperature detector (12) for detecting the temperature of the imaging element or the vicinity of the imaging element (4); and a signal processing unit (13) for signal-processing the electric signal outputted from the imaging element (4). The signal processing unit (13) has: a fluctuation correction unit (14) for correcting fluctuation of the electric signal outputted from the imaging element (4) when the I/O characteristic of the imaging element (4) is fluctuated by the change of the temperature; and a linearization unit (15) for making the electric signal obtained by one of the conversion operations, i.e., the logarithmic conversion operation or the linear conversion operation, to the state obtained by the other conversion operation.</p> |
