A method of biological treatment for organic sewage. An aeration tank for performing of active sludge treatment is partitioned into a raw water inflow part and a part understream of the raw water inflow part. A material having a microorganism attached thereto is immersed in the raw water inflow part, and the BOD volume load on the material having a microorganism attached thereto is set for 1 kg/(m³·day) or more.
