The invention relates to the processing of vegetable products with following obtaining of feed and food proteins, cosmetic and perfume creams, beverages, shampoo, pastes and can be used in various branches of economy, predominantly in food, perfume, pharmaceutical industries and agriculture. A non-waste process of complex working vegetable raw material provides for grinding of green mass of amaranth, lucerne, hill mustard, rumex, mallow and other high-protein crops in the medium of electro-chemical activated solution on the cavitation installation with cell breakage and full removal of juice (including intracellular one) and following processing of both the juice and obtained sedimentary mass (solid fractions).
