PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF SUBSTITUTED 5-AMINO-3-ARYL-1H-PYRAZOLES

A process for the preparation of substituted 5-amino-3-aryl-1H-pyrazoles of general formula I, , I ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; which involves synthesis of ?-chlorocinammonitriles by treatment of appropriate arylmethyl ketones with formylating mixture of fluorine oxychloride in dimethyl formamide in ratio of 1:2 at reaction temperature of 35-45 DEGREE C. The formylation products prepared interact with hydrazine hydrate in alcoholic medium. Formed ?-chlorocinnamonitriles are condensed with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in alcoholic medium. Hr process is carried out for a period of time necessary to full reaction termination and formation of compounds of formula I.
