The treatment-and-prophylactic composition for the skin care contains citric acid, boric acid, the distilled glycerol, the flavor, ethanol, the nutmeg and sage oil, the aqueous-ethanol-glycerol extract of the milfoil, oxiethylated diester of pentaerytrite and oleinic acid, salicylic acid, the ethanol extract of the fresh flowers of the horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum), and the purified water.
