A method to treat plants with a growth and development stimulating preparation includes treating with micronutrients. First, leaves and other overground parts of plants of the families Asteraceae, Scrophulariaceae, Betulaceae, Loniceraceae are gathered, dried, subjected to heat treatment in a drying chamber at a temperature of 60-85 DEGREE C for 20 minutes, ground up to powdery state, mixed with the micronutrients and natural minerals of volcanic origin, thereafter plants are treated with the obtained preparation.
