<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web server through which telephone communication can be established between a user and an appropriate contact in quick response to a telephone contact request with the contact concerning useful information such as service information or commodity information provided on a Web page. <P>SOLUTION: The Web server for distributing at least a piece of useful information to a plurality of user terminals holds user telephone numbers in association with respective user terminals, and holds at least one contact telephone number in association with each piece of useful information. In response to a telephone contact request corresponding to a piece of useful information provided from one user terminal, a user telephone number corresponding to that user terminal and one contact telephone number corresponding to the piece of useful information are extracted, and call connection is made between the telephones by performing call transmission toward the telephones corresponding, respectively, to the extracted user telephone number and contact telephone number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
